Best prices on the net for nicotine base as well as all the other stuff for DIY is Wizardlabs.us

I assume by "premixed nic juice" you mean a specific strength of nicotine in a VG or PG solution?

You'll still need to mix your flavoring and additional PG or VG unless you want 100%PG or 100%VG juice.

The lowest strength is 24mg in a premixed nic "base". You need to dilute it with PG and/or VG if you want lower nic than 24mg.

Download the ejuice calculator, ejuicmeup (google it. it's free), and it will tell you how much of what you need to add. It's not complicated, but start with 24mg until you know what you're doing. Nicotine base is hazardous when you start getting over 48mg or so.

I will have to second sailormans recommendation. Wizard labs is great. They make all the nic base fresh when you order it. The owner and his wife are very nice people and are very quick to answer questions and fill orders. I am lucky enough to live around the corner from their lab, so I have met them and been to the lab.

Their prices are great too.

You can't just order the nic base in the proportion you want (70PG/30VG, or 50/50) and in the nic strength you want and just add the flavor yourself. That would change the strength and proportion when you added flavor. Everything you add affects everything else in the mix, proportion, strength, and flavor.

It's not that difficult but you should practice running different numbers through the calculator to see how one number affects the others.

Enjoy!

Not to mention... Wizard Labs' is registered with, and does comply with the FDevilA (which will definitely mean something in the near future). All of their nicotine base has a lot number attached for control purposes, and the first batch I received tested out right around the 24mg I ordered it in. I expect the next batch I have ordered will be nothing short of spectacular as well.

Top notch company, with top notch products, and top notch prices.

Hi There....I just received my shipment from Wizardlabs and I need some starting help. I have read the DIY forum and Khalil was very helpful. I have some premade nic juice from another supplier and would like to use the concentrated flavourings from Wizard to mix with to get rid of the older premade. I have 36mg 50/50 pg/vg, pg and vg along with a slew of concentrates. I now need to know how to mix the premade pineapple and cinnamon with a concentrated bubblegum, orange cream, key lime or cola. Putting numbers into the calculators leaves me a little clueless. Right now I am using a V2 ecig and will be getting a 510 roughstack soon. Any help is appreciated.

Oh yeah, hope I didn't post in wrong place...This seemed to be the situation I am in from above.

Thank you any/everyone

What are you trying to cut it down to?

Don't know if I want to cut it down. I just want to mix and get something different than just pineapple. The concentrated flavors from Wizard are different than what I have. I just am not sure what to do with them. Can I just put a couple of small drops in with what I have?

Also, I have all the stuff ready to go and just don't really know what to do at this point. The posts were confusing in a way...I got the impression that I will use the 50/50 pg/vg and then use the pg and vg as well and then the flavoring. If the 50/50 is already 36mg/ml then the pg and vg will take it to 24mg/ml in the calculator quantities along with the percentage of flavor. From Wizard I don't know my percentages. So now what?

All of the concentrates from wizard are pg based. So, for example, if you have 5ml of 50/50 36mg nic base and want to take it to 10ml of 50/50 18mg juice, you would 2.5ml of vg, and 2.5 ml of pg and Flavors combined. That is a basic and easy example. It gets more complicated when you factor in how much flavor you are using and if you don't want 50/50, that's where the calculator helps

You may want to grab a good calculator. I like Breaktru's but there are many others too:

eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator

There is an extensive amount of info in the DIY section of this forum that will also help level out the learning curve. Best of luck

Edit: Just read Sailorman's post so that is +1 on the ejuicemeup calc :)

Thanks for the tips. I will give wizard labs a try and DIY my own mix. Does ejuice need steeping? If so, how long is the recommended time? Thanks!

It depends. Tobacco's take about 2 weeks while fruits can take a few days. I steep everything I make for at least a week before tearing into it. It's really hard, since I love tobaccos, to leave those alone for 2 weeks but it's worth it for a terrific juice.

I've been using the super concentrated flavorings from vapingzone and ecigexpress. Makes mixing super easy. All I add is 7 drops per 5ml. If you want to mix a couple of flavors, just make sure you start low and work up as these are really strong flavorings.

Thanks for the advice. I would have to learn to be patient to enjoy optimal flavor....just like wine. hehe:)
