I was on the bus going from one campus of my school to the one I live on (big school) and pulled out my 510. The kid across from me looks at it, so I think I might have to give out another bottle speech. He's still staring at it about half a minute later, and before I get the chance to ask if he's seen one before, he asks if I have a 510.

Then some small talk happened, found out he got his stuff from RMV and he knew about Titan/Joye 510's, and found out something not suitable here works.

First time I met another vaper in person, and found out something new about my ecig. I'm shocked. It just shows how much these have spread.

If this means what I think it means, can you PM me with some details?

I am legal in California for a certain thing that is not suitable here.

Must be! Lets try and keep it that way! :p
Now, back to the great story of how umop found someone in person who knew about vaping. :)

ok, I'll quit trying to figure out the puzzle...haha

So, I was at Walgreens last week and was puffing away at the register waiting in line and casually blowing it into my jacket. Got up to the register and without thinking I puffed when the lady was ringing me up.

She looked at me and said, in her twangy twang country accent.."Is that one of them there E-lectronic ceegarettes?" haha, and she was older. Said her kid was using it and she was thinking about using it but it's just so high tech and "sure is a whole lotta stuff to think about". hah

It's very interesting and a great way to strike up conversation with a complete stranger. I'm sure if I was there to buy analogs she wouldn't have discussed the wonders of lighting up a marlboro with me during checkout.

Masking drug talk with the words "something not suitable here" is still not appropriate...theres really no point in bringing it up. Ill leave the thread up..just please keep it clean. :)

Thanks

Ahh, but then again, wouldn't barring drug talk keep us from talking about e-cigs? ;] (different discussion for a different day)

Thanks for the clarification, I'll keep that in mind for the future. But, since I'm pleading the fifth about what I learned, and removing it now would be evidence that it was what you're talking about, and since it hasn't been edited out, I'll choose to leave it up and keep it to the reader's imagination.

The social aspect of smoking was a big reason I smoked. The e-cig definitely trumps analogs here! I love it

Yeah, I agree. When I first got my PV I was reminded of how futuristic we REALLY are compared to when I was a kid (which was only like 15 years ago *wink wink* haha)

I felt so modern walking around with my PV.

"Kid" 15 years ago? By the looks of your picture you might have been in diapers back then. :p

It's amazing what technology's done in the past 30 years if you think about it.

I love the ponies, butterflies, and rainbows too - makes me smile every time I run across one of your posts, beecee :)

I'm a little surprised, shorstuff that no-one's recognized your PV - you're not far from here and erm..NH isn't exactly a bustling metropolis of cutting edge types. The owner of the gas station I used to buy my smokes at knew about 'em and so did one of his staff - I got excited talking about PV's and quitting smoking the day I ordered.

A couple of my students knew about them, and bartenders in town seem to as well. I ask 'em if it's ok to use, expecting them to ask what the heck it is....but no, they just say "i don't care, go ahead. What are ya drinkin'?"
