First time with an RTA, supply checklist, am I missing anything?

flavor used has a huge effect on that. I was getting 2 days out of a coil with a root beer flavor but found a better one that lasted 5 days so far.
Best advice, run 2 or 3 tanks through and inspect your coils, if they look gunky, replace them. If you get a dry hit, re-wick them, until you get the hang of it.

Darker, sugary juices will gunk things up faster. As pinappledan pointed out, flavor will also effect your decision to rewick. Be aware that when you rewick, dry burn the coil to clean it up as well. The coils can last a long time if cleaned up. I've had coils easily last over a month and more, but generally rewicking about every 5 days or so.
