First timer's Headache

which nicotine strength do you inhale? I started with 18mg and that was defintly too much for me. After dilution to 12mg I was ok.

I am having the 11mg nic and not chain vaping.
previously I do almost a pack of cigarette a day. So overdose on nic seem unlikely.
The headache hits me about 5 - 10 min after I vaped.

i have read where some people react badly to certain flavoring --- if it is only 2 that are bothering you they might have a flavor additive that is giving you these headaches --- don't use the other 2 for awhile and if that works you should stay away from those 2 flavors --- if it starts happening with the others then first is more water then next vg then next nic --- just my opinion though --- and some headaches might be from cigarette withdrawal too --- just so many things it could be

I don't know if Sweeteners have anything to do with this but i feel a slight balance issue with sweet juices, i make my own juice now and have no issues, vaping for 3 years and have reduced from 24mg to 18mg and now 12mg, i'm not diabetic and don't have issues with sugar, but some juice's just dont agree with me. i wont name vendors.
