First try bad luck?

Hello all.

After lots of research I attempted to order what I thought was an eGo c starter kit and 2 bottles of juice from Onestopeshoppe.com, everything went well money was exchanged and a package was sent, but that's the end of the good. When I received my package all i found was 2 bottles of juice(the correct size and flavor) and 1 eGo c 1000mah battery. No charger no carts nothing! Does anyone know how to get a hold of these people? I have had no reply's to my emails, and I work odd hours not always letting me find time to call their number. I really hope i am not stuck with an $84 battery here.

Hello and welcome Sorry about the bad experience. Never heard of that vendor. Did you check their site for a ticket system? Second, did they have your battery listed as a complete kit? Or just a battery?

Sorry for the bad first experience friend. $84 is wayyyy too much for the loot you got. A couple of bottles of fluid should be maybe $10-20 and the battery around $25. If that's all you got in the starter kit, it was a ripoff. If you can convince them to make things right, that would be the best first option. If you have to eat the loss because they won't work with you, grab yourself a couple tanks from another vendor, vape the negative away, and give us an update so we know what to think of these fellas!

Yes I know full and well $84 is rather high for what I ordered but "welcome to Canada, now touch your toes this might hurt"

Well it only took about 3 days but I did get a reply, so maybe things will get sorted out.

Well everything worked out they sent out a full kit, and if all goes well I'll be able to try quitting smoking analogs for good.
