First Vape in a bar for me

I went down to the neighborhood watering hole this past Saturday afternoon and asked the bartender if it was ok to use this..and showed him my V4L setup. He asked if it was one of the water vapor "gimmicks". I assured him it was and he said it was fine. I ended up happily vaping away while all the analog smokers had to go out on the deck in the fresh snow we had here over the weekend. To make a long story short I ended up giving all the cards I had on me away and made a few new bar friends in the process. If I were still single I think this thing would be great for meeting the girls! Just thought I would share a good experience.

Maybe if we are lucky, one day we will be welcomed in all bars and restaurants.

I'm able to use mine in every bar I've been to exept one. It is in the casino and they don't allow it because most of the casino you can smoke in and there is no smoking in that bar so they are afraid someone will think that smoking is allowed and light up if they see the vapor so I understand that.

Rich and I go out to a local bar/restaraunt a couple of times a week. They've been non-smoking for awhile now, so it was always out to the patio for a smoke. About a month ago they opened a separate indoor smoking area, which I haven't even seen because we started vaping at about the same time they opened it. (Needless to say, our vapes are okayed!)

That's our eating bar... Our drinking bar has been vape friendly all-along and some of the bartenders are looking pretty interested. The first trip to the bar after vaping was a killer - the cigarette smoked actually bothered me! And that was after about a week vaping instead of smoking!
