Instead of all those adapters, why not just use a 510 battery extension : 510 Battery Extension it's only $3

Is anyone else having issues with the audio? On my end there is a lot of weird background noise. I am watching it on my Linux box though so it could just be me.
No worries. I was going crazy because I thought it was an issue on my end. I literally had just setup that Linux box. 
Nice review. Two little nitpicks for your next one: 1) Background noise, which you obviously know about 2) Need more light for showing the device.
