So, I rebuilt the head on my ViVi Nova for the first time, as it was gunked up, and not producing much vapor. I used 32g kanthal, and 1 strand of cotton/hemp yarn (which was probably too little) and four wraps (which is probably too few).

At the time, I used my ohmmeter and measured around 2 ohms. Since then, I have obtained one of madvapes ohm meters and it says it's 1.50 ohms.

This thing produces awesome tasty vapor, and I'm not sure I should be worried or not. I've got a bolt with an eFest IMR 18350 battery inside. It's not getting warm at all. I've got want2vape's London in the tank, which is one of my favorites.

Should I be concerned, or should I just love it and not worry?

I've got another with TV's TastyFinger that I rebuilt with 2 strands of the same yarn and five wraps which comes out at 2.16 ohms, and it doesn't work as well. It's OK, but just not awesome. Should I follow what worked with the much lower ohms, and just learn to love the mistake?

Use what ohms works best for your battery.

Ohms can be adjusted by lengthening or shortening your coil from the + to -.

Might want to slso try other wicking materials. Plenty of info here

It's not a law, more a general guideline. As the pic says, some juices taste badly burnt at higher watts, some are good that high, some folks like lower cool vapes, some like higher hot vapes. If it works for you then there's nothing wrong with it!

Only issue I'd have with high watts and cotton/hemp is that the wick can burn very easily, not that it will, just that it can.
