Congratulations for working on quitting.
I have only been vaping 9 days and quit smoking analogs my first day. However, I have tried a gallizon and one times to quit smoking. I have smoked PAD for 28 years. I have tried patches, gum and medications many many times with no long term success. I feel very hopeful using my e-cig. Keep at it and you will find success too.

It took me personally about a month to 100% get off of cigarettes, my mood swings lasted about a week...little over due to some personal situations as well (unemployment, im employed now though :D ) but i've heard of people getting their pv in the mail and throwing out their cigarettes as soon as they open it. I've also heard of people taking upwards of 2 months, it all depends on you personally. My sig says how long i've actually been free of cigarettes, in total i've been vaping about 30 days more than that though.

Good luck! Any questions or anything feel free to ask, we are all in this together!

For me its almost been a week now also,
I tried e-cigs whilst smoking thought they were ok,
then I got an Ego-T and threw my tobacco away when it came in the post, havnt missed them, Got some nice 24mg ejuice and if i feel like i want a smoke I vape untill I dont feel like vaping any more, and by that time ive totally forgot about this olden thing they called 'smoking'

I was an ultra light menthol smoker, took me one day to get off the analogs. Maybe up your nic level, might help knock those analogs off your map. I started with 12 mg, which seems to be enough for me right now. Going on 1 month so far.

Did this all while selling propane and propane accessories, seems dangerous.

sorry i had to :)

Did both for about a month.
24 days ago I just tossed my real cigs in a trash can at the park and never looked back.
Only a few slight moments of pain. Very little.
When you feel a bit of pain, just take your personal vapor out and take care of the problem.
The taste is just simply better than the stinkies.
30 year PAD former smoker.
