Great post and great thread. Veteran smokers who are new to vaping need to realize that it is not smoking a cigarette. It is hard to change a long habit. Practicing the proper draw on an ecig will reap benefits.
Thank you for this great advice. At first I was inhaling very quickly and not really feeling the nicotine properly. Now that I take the time to slowly inhale and hold in my mouth, and then exhale through my nose I feel the nicotine and taste the flavors more.
After I quit, i found that I do not like any of the tobacco flavors. Anything but tobacco is fine. Currently vaping a concoction of DIY Blueberry Toaster Strudel (blueberry, Belgian Waffle, and cream cheese icing).
Great post and makes total sense. Yep drink heaps of water (it's good for you ) and also it's fantastic if you have a friend or 2 that start with you or just after you.....you can all learn heaps from each other, as well as in here and all the videos on YouTube. But yes it all takes time and patience and experimentation. Keep it up everyone!!
