"flavor apprentice" flavorings for diy?

I think i saw the site mentioned on amazon. never mixed actual flavor concentrates into pre made base. they have products that are clearly geared towards vaping with regard to acetoin and the other potential nasties. though they dont specifically say as much. (no mention of "vaping" just non eating applications.)

anyone familiar with this or similar brands to get "flavor" from?
