I discovered I did not like perfumy juices. Flavor Art was at the top of the list.
I had made my own blueberry and didnt like it. I put it in a drawer and forgot about it. That was about a month ago. I tweeked my other bottles of blueberry, so they have to be steeps. Looked in my drawer to see what back up I have. I found this one, and decided "what the hell, might as well..."
Amazing! The perfume flavor is gone, and a nice smooth juice has taken its place...Yum...
So if you use FA or try a juice from a supplier with a flowery taste, put it away for a month and forget it. Then try it again.
Lesson learned. Some things take a LONG time to steep!
Sure would be nice if suppliers could at least give a heads up on when a perfumy flavor is used, what the steep time should be...

Same perfume taste with "The Flavor Apprentice" blueberry. When I use blueberry I do what I call a double steep. I place my mixes in hot water and let it cool to room temperature then let it sit for 1-2 weeks and that seems to get rid of the perfumey taste.....
