I started vaping in Oct 2014 and my first e cig was an evod. It was enough to get me to quit analogs but I wanted more battery life so I quickly upgraded to an istick 20 and Nautilus mini.
I was impressed with the higher quality vape over the evod but I was still curious and still wanted to try out other atomizers. In January I purchased a Subtank mini and Startedusing the 1.2 ohm OCC coil since that was all I could fire with the Istick 20. I liked the increase of flavor and the warmer vape over what I had from the Nautilus mini.
A couple of weeks after getting the STM I started having problems with the 510 pin on the istick so I purchased an istick 30 and once the OCC coil was ready to be replaced I tried the Subtank RBA section and I was blown away with the flavor increase.
I have been building with the RBA for the last few weeks and I am now getting an itch to go to the next level and want opinions on what that should be.
I am not interested in getting big clouds, only great flavor. I build the RBA to around 0.5-0.7 ohm single coils and I use between 15 and 20 watts depending on my preference at the time. I only use 50/50 juice and primarily one flavor. I also have no interest in dripping so I am looking for an RTA style atomizer and I would prefer to be able to continue to use my istick 30. If needed, I would purchase an istick 50 or possibly another VV/VW box mod but I don't want to have to deal with 18650 batteries. I like to be able to charge my mod in the car or at work and don't wsnt the added complication of batteries if possible.
My question is, what RTA style atomizer is considered the king when it comes to getting flavor? Cost isn't an big concern but of course I would prefer cheaper over expensive but I will pay more if it is worth the extra money. I am not against using a quality clone if someone can recommend a good one.
I have been looking at the Kayfun V4, the Russian and some others but I would like some opinions from people who have more experience than I do and preferably experience with what is being recommended compared to the STM.
I do not want to shell out $180 for an authentic Kayfun if it will only give a very slight increase in vape quality over the STM but I will if the difference is significant.
I know opinions are subjective, of course but I have no experience to go on.
I am also looking for simple to moderate builds and am not ready for serious coil builds yet but may get there eventually so I would like the recommendations to be able to use a single coil build or at most dual coil build to start.
I'm not looking to start collecting so quality clones are fine if they perform well. Thanks for all your help.
