Flavor concentrates need steeping?

I read somewhere the flavor concentrates for diy juice need steeping before use?? Is that true? One they said needed steeping was dk 555 tobacco. I have that one and it smells really really strong. Just wondered if that's the case. Not real good at the diy yet, but I'm trying lol

Whomever is spreading that insanity has been quite active lately. Second time this month I've been boggled by a similar statement.

Steeping is a closed bottles sitting away from sunlight for a period of time to allow all components to combine and interact.

One component can't combine with anything nor interact with itself...

No, the flavors don't need steeping before you use them. After mixing your E-Juice is when the steeping begins, if needed.
