I have been DIY for a couple of months. Last week I made 5 mixes. I usually try my mixes daily to see how they are developing. Two of them lost all flavor from last night to today. What could cause this. They are both around 18% flavor. Do I have to up the percent to accommodate for this or is something else the culprit? I have had this happen a few times.

May be over flavoring but need to know what flavors, percentages and brands your using.

I use the TFA Strawberry at about 12-13%. I don't do any of the watermelon. For me I keep the Bavarian cream around 1% in mixes as it can overpower the dominant flavor real easy. I have found that when my mixes seem to lose taste overnight that my wick and coils have clogged up and need changed or dry burned.
That's not my problem I use rda's. So I'm direct drip on clean cotton when I taste.
Could it be that I left the lid off the juices for 3 days? I usually only leave them off for 24 hours but I forgot.
Based on my experience, this could be it. Also leaving them in the light for a long time.
Yes it is 22%. Alot of my flavoring runs around 18 - 20 due to being 75% and up vg blends. No sunlight. Thank you for your help brother.
TPA Watermelon is terrible and probably not doing your mix any favors. I would drop that one and bump everything else by 20-25% and go UP (not down) from there. My ADV is 10% Strawberry 5%/5% Toasted/Regular TFA Marshmallow. I mix 35/65 and it's gold after three days. So at 75/30 I bet it 10% Strawberry Ripe would be super weak. I have used it anywhere from 6-12% and again that's with a mere 35% VG.
And none of those flavors really have that much alcohol that you really need to leave the cap off. Let it sit for three days to four days and you should be good. Leaving the cap off for a few days however won't kill flavor. I have a bottle I drip of strawberry marshmallow all day long so I don't even bother with a cap. I constantly fill it and some days I grab something else so it can sit easily half a week without the cap. Lots of juice I drip in fact sit without the caps on just because I'm to lazy to keep taking them off (especially when driving) all the time.

In my experiences, flavor loss happens when -
1. The flavors just don't go right together. Some flavor concentrates just don't work when paired up, and they end up ruining one another.
2. Too much flavor.
