So, I am fairly new to DIY, but love it. So far, I have been using Flavor Apprentice flavoring, and really like them. I do see a lot of flavors our there from FlavorArt and LorAnn. I have even seen Flavor West mentioned here and there.
So, I am going to pick up every flavor from Flavor Apprentice -- well, the ones that don't sicken me (ham? eeew). I have several Flavor Apprentice, and like them, so getting more is without worry. I have heard that FlavorArt isn't as good as it used to be, but I do like some of the flavors from FSUSA, so there are some that I also like.
So, here are my questions:
Which manufacturers are best for chocolates, candies, tobaccos, cremes, sweets, etc?
What other manufacturers are out there that I haven't mentioned (since those are the only ones I know)?
Which manufacturers could I find locally?
Which one is the most bang for your buck?
Which ones would be considered gourmet?
Thank you in advance, for helping the noob.
