I have always used Wizard Labs for my flavors, simply because it is where I was first told about, and for $1.50 each, why not?? lol I just ventured over to Flavor West for the first time and it seems like they are a much better deal. 4oz is around $6 or 7 on most flavors. Besides the fact that I would have alot left over if I got one that I didn't like, is there any reason you guys have for or against Flavor West instead of Wizard Labs?

Well I got some flavors from Wizard Labs, labeled Wizard Labs, whether or not they made them, and those flavorings were molasses, brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla custard, and Acetyl Pyrazine.

All of them tasted the same, and all of them had the same very weird and distasteful flavor to them. It was the only order I ever placed with them, and I have been ordering my juice flavors from Mt. Baker ever since. I'm very happy with Mt. Baker.

Wizard Labs does not manufacture flavorings. The resell from The Perfumers Apprentice.

Oh I know they just resell, but I was wondering if there were any pros or cons of them vs Flavor West.

And Vaslovik, when you order from Wizard Labs, look at the flavors and you will see that they may have two or three of the same flavor, different makers. I have ordered a few from Mt Baker as well and very happy.

It just seems like if you find one that you like, Flavor West is a much better deal cost wise to get 4oz for around $6 or 7. Is there anything I am missing?

Flavor West does not have a underlining taste like TPA. I do prefer Flavor West.

I think my next order is going to be with Flavor West. I have been asking in other threads about getting more of a sweet fruity flavor in my juices, which I can't seem to do, and maybe it's just the flavors I am using from Wizard Labs aren't going to "pop" like I want them to.
I've been using WL nic for over a year now. I just discovered Vaperstek nic sourced from the UK. My juices all pop with flavor. This UK nic is totally neutral.

I really like my Cinnamon Roll flavoring from MBV, which is supposed to be FW.

Also use the Blueberry, Pina Colada, Banana, Sugar Cookie, and Cake (Yellow).

Although, I'd get the 15ml bottles from MBV , just to try them first, before getting the bigger version from FW.

Oh BTW: My friend had 30 ml of MBV Orange Dream Bar, and loved it, gone in a week, lol.

Im not agreeing or disagreeing wether or not they discontinued flavor west or not but I guarantee MBV juices and alot of them not just a few contain at least one of the three "custard notes" . I have a friend that buys about 500ml a month from them so I get to try alot of MBV flavors. whatever their claim is its totally false. I can taste it , it makes my stomach feel funny. lots of alarms go off when I vape it that points to them containing those. that many flavors and none of them have them. no way. now on the flip side is it bad ? who knows, I still vape them from time to time but Im guessing the FDA will let us know soon enough lol.

EDIT ...... I guess I cant say for sure and I obviously havent sent any in for testing. so this is all more opinion I guess . but to me who went on a custard note binge for along time its pretty easy for me to pin down. its love hate for me and D/A/A lol
When MBV realized that FW contained diacytl and other toxins, they discontinued using them.

methinks MBV is shrouding their source in ambiguity for good reason.

i've recently switched our favorite MBV flavors over to DIY and have done side by side comparisons with them and FW equivalents sourced directly from FW. results? identical products as far as i can tell. i'm convinced 99% of MBV flavors are single flavor mixes sourced directly from FW or made in house from the exact same recipes at the same location.

Where did you get that info from? The reason we were informed last year for the vendor change was from the flavor shortage last Sept and Oct causing MBV to be virtually out of stock on all their juices.

I should rephrase. Someone had contacted the owner with questions about this. I should have instead stated that MBV no longer uses FW: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...acetyl-proprionyl-diacetyl-acetoine-help.html
Personally, I don't order from either company. Unless a company is transparent with ingredients, I go elsewhere. I have a lot of contempt for companies such as FW when their products are marketed for vaping, claim to be diacytl free, and then retract the statement instead of providing their customers with data. Unfortunately, too many companies do this.
Sorry for the confusion/bad word choice.
