I bought some butter cream and some dulche de leche, can I use both of those together to make like a cream sickle or would that be too much?

I would do one or the other but not both. I think it would come out to creamy. Try mixing each flavor on its own and taste them so you have an idea of what your working with. If it's icecream your looking to make I've seen recipes that use a cream, a main flavor (Cherry, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) and a touch of koolata for coolness.

FW dulche de leche at 15% is good on its' own but does need aitringout for a day or two and several days steeping . I have tried Butter Creme but to me it taste like it should be poured over popcorn. Whipped creme , sweet creme ,Vanilla Bean Ice Cream or even vanilla cup cake would most likely be better mixes. As Danny posted it is really best to do single flavors to learn how they taste.Next step is to try combining pre steeped ones.
