I liked Sludge a lot, back when I tried a sample bottle. It is rough on coils though. Now that I have a dripper, I will have to order more of it. Right now I need to build a stock of regular e juice, for my tanks. Then I can worry more about the dripper. Gunky is okay. Supper gunky where you can't get through a full Magma, or at least 3/4 is just a lot of trouble. If it is out of this world tasty, it might be worth it. But if it is just good, and not out of this world great, I don't want to fool with it. Sludge was in my first HHV order, in a tiny bottle.

I'm not ready to do a full review as I'm only maybe half way through a 15ml bottle, but the Deep Caramel Pipe from NET.com is starting to settle in. At first it was all CARAMEL (!) but after two months the fermented Cavendish is starting to rise up into a sweet tobacco blend.
That's one I want to try as well as Coconut Cavendish and Grilled Pinapple from NET.com.
I had the same experience with My Vape Juice's RY4 (synthetic). First pass was almost overwhelming with vanilla and caramel but at 3 or so weeks a very smooth fine tobacco started coming through.

I've been vaping 50/50 Sludge in a KFL+ (1.5 ohm, 2mm coil, Japanese cotton) and haven't found it to gunk up coils any faster than the other HHV juices I've tried. What I get from it is a plummy/somewhat raisin-y, pipe tobacco with subtle honey and cream on the exhale.
Been vaping HFC from LiquidXpress all day. Not bad straight out of the box, speed steeped for 30 minutes, WOW this is really good!!, not overly sweet, very smooth, with a very nice tobacco exhale.
That is close to what I tasted too. But I wasn't using rebuildables when I tried it. I will probably like it even better, the next time around. I heard it was hard on the coils. Now that you say it isn't worse than the others, I will definitely get some on my next order! Thanks. 
This is probably not a far review in that this is a local SoCal brand of ejuice so doubt it is available outside of my neck of the woods other than maybe online. The brand is The Vaping Series and the name of the eliquid is Vaping Bad. The description states it is a smooth creamy tobacco with chocolate flavored cupcake. It is also an all synthetic eliquid. I have not had a synthetic tobacco flavored eliquid in over a year. I definitely get the chocolate flavored cupcake and it is a very tasty chocolate that really isn’t all that sweet IMO. I am not getting the tobacco though. I don’t know if the tobacco will come out with a longer steep but I will give it a try. Even if the tobacco does not come forward, I will vape it for the tasty chocolate. For a synthetic eliquid I am not getting any funky tastes so far that some synthetics can have.
There were a couple of posts making a reference to "tough on coils". Not sure which one you're referring to, but with NETs in general it has to do with the extraction and filtration process.
Some vendors go with a larger diameter filtration process with the NETs in order to maximize flavour. This allows more particulate matter to be retained in the juice that then forms a layer of gunk on the coils. The really nasty gunkers will require a dry-burn and re-wick within a ml or so of using.
Those that use a really fine filtration process end up with a much cleaner product but usually at the cost of flavour, i.e they are on the lighter side of the flavour spectrum. This does not apply to the artificial (synthetic) tobaccos, where gunk could be caused due to the addition of sweeteners etc that end up gunking on the coil.

I was once told by a Vendor that it can be difficult adding sweeteners/ flavors to e-liquids. Sugar is a classic example; processed sugar is a crystal, not a liquid. Thus sugar will burn rather than evaporate, and leave a residue. Any flavor containing sugar will do this, and sugar is just one example of how difficult it can be to create a suitable flavor that does not gunk up coils.
As far as the Extraction / Filtration process Dusty mentioned, My Vape Juice is a classic example of that. About two years ago MVJ introduced a new line of Naturally Extracted Tobacco (NET) flavors. They were simply delicious - and absolutely wrecked the coils of your equipment after only 1ml or so. About a year ago MVJ introduced a new line of NET's. Some have referred to these as "Generation 2 MVJ", as the filtration system used is obviously more stringent.
Extraction / Filtration AND sweeteners /flavors. Two sources for coil residues, yet when done properly does produce excellent flavors.

So I am sitting here, cleaning and coiling an HCigar Kayfun, thinking 'what am I going to try next ?' That's when I remembered a 'complimentary' bottle of juice MVJ sent with my last order. Something called "Owl Shop - Mavrodaphne Pipe Tobacco". So what is a Mavrodaphne, anyways ? I know - Google It !
Mavrodaphne is Greek for "black laurel", which is a dark skinned wine grape. Used to make sweet, fortified wines, notably form the coastal city of Patras. I visited Athens several times years ago, when I was serving in the US Navy. I don't know if I ever had this particular wine, usually was served whatever the Greeks serve Drunken Sailors on Liberty Call.
But that was decades ago....
My initial impression of Owl Shop Mavrodaphne is that the sweet red wine marries well with the tobacco. This e-liquid was mixed 12/02, so it is fully steeped. Can't really tell the tobacco variety, although it must be a milder blend. This would make for an excellent evening vape, one to enjoy in front of the fireplace with a good book or while relaxing with a good movie. I shall explore this light, sweet selection further over the weekend.

I've got a bottle of Mavrodaphne steeping that's about a month in. You make me want to break my steeping rules and try it NOW!!

Has anyone tried Halo's latest offering "Black Calico"? Described as a Danish style Cavendish base with a vanilla bean wrapper. Sounds good. I ordered a bottle last night with my regular Tribeca order. With Halo I'll either be blown away or totally unimpressed. There isn't usually middle ground for their tobacco flavors with me. Not much buzz about it in their supplier forum.
Also waiting for a 50ml bottle of Pirate's Booty from HHV, which I've developed a strong affinity for lately. I just love that complex roasted spiced tobacco and almost tootsie roll finish. Kicking myself for not including another 50ml of Legend, which I'm also enjoying a lot again after a year hiatus.

I tried the Black Calico not long after I got it. It didn't do a thing for me. I am going to give it more time, and try it again.
I did try the Georgia Peach Tobacco today. I like it, and will reorder it. It is only 10 days old, but good.

I love NETs. There, I said it. It's almost exclusively what I vape.
With that said, my two favorite tobacco-flavored juices are NETs, of course. From NET.com, Uncle BJ's Blackberry Burley is one of my all-time favorites. I credit this juice for getting me off the stinkies once and for all. The second is Red Dawn from EtherVapes. Red Dawn is burley with raspberry. Neither flavor is overpowering, but it's a nice burley tobacco with a raspberry "bite".

Join the club, LC. It's almost all I vape too. The only exception being Halo's Tribeca. Every other foray out of the NET world has been a major disappointment to me.
