Flavoring and Confusion

I am thinking about going with VapingZone Gourmet Concentrates for my DIY. Is this the right move or should I look somewhere else. I have my PG and VG from EssentialsDepot in the mail now.

I find it hard to find good percentages for flavors and basically any good information in the abundance of threads...

I have used their Gourmet and Super Concentrated flavorings for a long time and have been very pleased with them. I know they cost a bit more but you use to much less in a recipe that I think it is more economical. The best peach I have tasted. I have the pear, blueberry, vanilla rum, 7Star tobacco and I just love them all. I go even lower on the percentages but that is probably just me. Everyone's taste buds dance to a different tune. There are many good and popular flavors and only your individual taste can answer your question. You just need to buy taste many of the popular manufactures and judge for yourself.

Just remember that even though they say 1-3%, you can start out much lower. They really are concentrated flavorings. Sort of work your way up to what it takes to make your own taste buds dance.

I figured I should do that but was not 100% sure. Thank you for the tip. I will do a few different concentrates in some small 3ml bottles for trial.

What PG/VG ratio do people use for VZ Gourmet 1-3% to taste like anything? I am 40/60 PG/VG at 2% and I can not smell or taste the flavors...

that ratio should not be a problem... is that a "super concentrate"? because 1-3 should be enough easily.

but I would look for suggested % for that juice.
You may be undershooting.

Not familiar with it as I haven't used VZ in a couple years but their "concentrates" don't usually require much more than that.

What does your plain PG, VG, and unflavored nicotine juice, mixed down to your normal level, taste like?

Not all the flavors on the site are super concentrated. The regular DIY concentrated flavors that sell for 4.79 are standard percentages at least that is true with the bavarian cream I have. It also says it on the label 5-20% as a suggested ratio. Whereas the Gourmet Super Concentrated lists 1-2%

They are VZ Gourmet the most concentrated they sell. Green Apple and Strawberry, I could not find percentages on the forum anywhere.
