@ahmedabutaleb. I've yet to come across such a convenient resource as a spreadsheet listing flavor substitutions. Generally, tasting experience is the best way to decide which flavor to use--and how much--when you need to substitute, but some points of reference are available. I'll normally look up a missing flavor in the Flavor List at ELR (google
e-liquid-recipes to find the site), and check the Notes section. Rarely you might get lucky and a possible substitute will be recommended by a user. Failing that, you can also check the Notes on the substitute flavoring you want to use, to see if the taste is similarly described, and to compare the average/median single-flavor and mixing quantity recommendations for adjusting the strength.
If you can't decide after checking around, you can always come back here and ask about substituting Flavor X for Flavor Y. There's usually somebody in the community that has an opinion to share.
