Flavors that miss their mark?

Yeah, Pumpkin Pie was nassy stuff! But taste is so subjective and like Steve says, NOBODY has the selection we have here!

I LOVE Butterscotch and Cappaccino best, but banana, banana cream pie, coconut cream pie, Ice Cream Sunday, Chocolate, OMG - too many yummy tastes to list!

Steve, as I mentioned at the start, please, please, please don't take this thread as any sort of criticism of V4L. We all appreciate the tireless efforts of the V4L crew, especially with personal tastes and international coordination involved. You guys are a Godsend. Really. Any responses here reflect mostly on us, the users, as evident in the frequent disagreement whenever we discuss flavors. We're just having some light-hearted fun, but I apologize sincerely if anything comes off as flippant or overly critical. Keep up the fantastic work, mate. We love you guys like family.

They wouldn't sell pickled pigs feet at the grocery store if people didn't actually like them.... so yes, taste is very subjective to say the least... and ditto to whoever said lemon meringue... blech.

Most I have tried have been great... love peach... love RY4... love sour green apple... 555? not so much... love vanilla... love watermelon.... love CMF... banana cream pie? not so much.... but one thing that is always constant... my love for V4L!!! Woot Woot!

I think I share your sweet tooth as Cappuccino, banana cream pie, coconut cream pie, Ice Cream Sunday, and Chocolate were my favorites. I found pumpkin pie absolutely disgusting but vaped it anyway cause I'm just too cheap to throw it away and just added a few extra drops of RY4 to thin it out. I haven't found any menthol that I like yet, any suggestions?

Totally non vapable flavours: pumpkin pie, caramel, peach cobbler, english toffee, cappuccino, any of the tobacco flavours except 555.

Favourites: PBC, FVIC, CMF, *cranberry*, cherries jubilee, *pina colada*, vanilla, butterscotch, cool, WCS, ACC
I'm sure there's a few I forgot.

Red hot cinnamn was so bad to me that I eventually washed the cart out and reused it and Peanut butter wasn't monster poo bad, just not my cuppa tea. I started out seriously disliking coffee and chocolate, and set the carts aside to keep trying. Unlike redhots I came to enjoy them. I liked Smilin special from the start- it's still my favorite V4L juice. I'm not afraid to try new flavors, but I tend to veer away from the tobacco flavors just on personal prefrence. I have a sweet tooth, but can't eat sweets- so vaping them has been WONDERFUL.

RY4 is definitely my favorite...of course I've only vaped for 2 days before I got sick, but my next order is definitely going to be RY4. Anyone try the Caramel Moch Frappucino? I was thinking of making those 2 for my next order.

Pina Colada - should be called "Pina Colon Ahhh".
Pumpin Pie tastes like honeydew melon. (They should change the label name and all would be good).
Coffee had no taste.
Rasberry - should be called "Dingleberry"

I was suprised to see that so many people disliked the Peach Cobbler, it is by far my favorite.


I haven't really had anything that I wouldn't vape if I was out of my faves. V4L is and will continue to be my only supplier.

Interesting, maybe that is why I like it. I was sent a sample (thx PawPaw) long after everybody talked about how bad it was so I wasn't expecting much but turns out I think it is pretty good.

It's not so much the flavors. A flavor is a flavor. We all just taste them differently so we have to have a large variety to choose from to satisfy everyone.

If people can only list a couple of flavors that did not work out for them that just means that the rest did work for them. I have at least 15 more flavors that are just fine and a couple that are my flaming favorites.

I agree with you on the pumpkin pie...yuck!!! I did save it though and added a few drops of different flavoring to it (double chocolate, coconut and drop of creme de mint) and it is now vapable.

I got free samples of vanilla ice cream and egg nog. They tasted similar to each other and that's NOT a good thing. Some weird buttery (not in a good way) undertone. They both made me feel like I'd get sick if I continued.

I take this thread as fun. I was just pointing out how difficult flavors are when we all have different preferrence in taste. What is one persons favorite flavor, is anothers vomit flavor. With tastebuds, especially those of us smokers, who have primarilly killed em with cigarettes, owe taste changes drastically over short, and long periods of time.

Taste buds took me over 8 months to come back, and I still prefer different flavors, at different times of the day, as well as depending if I am easting or drinking, something in particular. I chew lots of gum, and drink lot's of water, due to PG. I have also been cig free for about 1.5 year's from the miracle of ecig's.

This is VERY hard stuff, to get right, especially for the amount of flavors we try to offer, and due to inconsistent tastebuds.

I just do not want this thread to scare newbies away or cause undue stress on new vapers, cause this wouold be a tragedy. Predetermining taste from others, cause taste is so personnal.

This is the reason I said, let's turn this into FUN

I'm on to you Look! However, I will play along; Smilin Special is just awful! No one should ever order Smilin carts or juice - We Mad Town vapers will sacrifice ourselves for the cause. Just trying to help ya all, the rest of you, order other stuff PLEASE!

For the record, Cola is my least favorite so far.
