Middle of nowhere
I looked for the answer but could not find it.
I know I have read some where that you should not use flavors with oil in them.
I like the Cinnamon flavors but have not found any without the oil.
Why can you not use them? All I remember is someone said not to. They did not explain the reason why not.

Oils tend to be hard to control in vaping...meaning they linger on attys long after you've moved on to other flavors, they do not dissolve well, and they are actually somewhat problematic health-wise. Cinnamon (cinnamaldehyde) is the top of the list, with many reports here of mouth and throat irritation, sores, lung issues. Some are fine with it, but it is a known corrosive and irritant...I can't vape it myself, for these reasons...wish I could, but the price is too high. Clove oil (eugenol) is also corrosive. Both these oils will actually dissolve some plastics. Personally I don't think cinnamon should be offered as a flavor in e-liquid, but as I said, many seem to be fine with it.

Citrus oils are also excellent surfactants, which means they could also affect lungs and oral tissue, although much less so than cinnamon. The oil that is in orange cleaners is the same oil as pure orange flavor.

Mints are also oils, but pretty harmless. It requires almost no mint oil to strongly flavor a juice, but then vendors know this and use accordingly. I don't have concerns about mints and health, and in fact, some have been shown to be beneficial.
