Quick question...do I have to worry about certain flavors since the bottle is plastic?

Just the usual suspects, Pluid, Menthol, citrus oil, cinnamon etc....it won't eat your bottle or tube, but it might mess with your bottle o-ring and cause it to bulge and no longer fit.
The short answer is yes. Some strong flavors (pluid, menthol, etc.) will "linger", some to the point you have to swap out the tube and bottle to be rid of them.
Personally, I use unflavored, so it's not an issue for me (plus it saves me a TON of money)

My ADV is menthol and have never had a problem with my o-rings... In fact, its the only juice thats been in my bottle and tube...
It won't crack the bottle, which is the main concern of certain flavours in plastic tanks.
Some can, as has been noted, taint the bottle and tube (I'm looking at you, pluid, and it is NOT a come hither look

Thanks...think ill try one of mu favorites...speckled lemonade now that I know it wont fry the plastic...just might give it an off taste
I ran about 60mL of Pluid and Agent Orange through my Grand. In the course of that 60mL, I had to replace the bottle o-ring twice. By the end of of that 60mL, my feed tube had swelled almost closed.
