Just curious to find out if any of you use more than a 20% volume of flavor in your ejuices.
Best way to know is read threads on this forum, but also look online at a bunch of recipes. Most recipes include the total flavoring % at the end and that will give you an idea what people are using for different flavoring companies. Like e-liquid-recipes dot com for instance. That's the place I use when calculating a recipe, but also to look at what others have posted.
I have used up to 30% for some fruit flavors but I was using Flavor Concentrates no artificial ingredients flavorings which do not have any funky stuff happening if you use a lot it is just a stronger taste of the flavor with no flavor change or aftertaste, etc.Just curious to find out if any of you use more than a 20% volume of flavor in your ejuices.
My Strawberry & Cream ADV started out at 31% flavor; I've managed to bring it down to 29%, and will be continuing, until I can hopefully get it to somewhere around 25%.
The Inawera Shisha Strawberry I use is a pretty strong flavor, but when I tried it, by itself, at 8%, to me it seemed really weak. So I doubled it to 16%, plus 15% of creams, vanilla, and sweetener -- and finally I had an ejuice I could actually taste.

The flavor concentrates flavorings are the only one I have found that the flavor holds true regardless of the % you use.
Flavor Concentrates - Highly Concentrated Natural Flavoring - Flavor DropsI am not exactly sure what you mean by flavor concentrates or where you buy them but since the word "concentrate" is being used I can only assume they are more potent than lots of other flavorings. Correct/incorrect?
Andria, that reminds me, there is on additional flavor that I liked in addition to the couple that I mentioned above and that is Strawberry-kiwi..... I never mixed it as it came that way. At any rate you reminded me of this as you mentioned strawberry flavor. I love strawberries, so I will have to try strawberry.
