Most of you already know that percentages are subjective and your own testing needs to be performed, but just wanted to pass along a response from Flavourart to my inquiry regarding percentages.....

Hi can you tell me if you have a resource for the recommended percentages of all your flavors to use in a DIY e-juice scenario?

No because we noticed % varies depending on country, hardware used and personal taste.
As rule of thumb:
tobacco 2%
Fruits 3-4%
Warm (chocolate, vanilla, maple caramel ) 5%
