Hello,

PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP! :(

I'm new to DIY. I have on hand 9 bottles of flavors from FlavourArt:

Coconut
Marshmallow
Pineapple
Watermelon
Strawberry
Coockies
Nut-mix
Classic Vanilla
Caramel

I want to make a good liquid, but I'm afraid of doing bad e-liquid that tastes bad.

Anyone has any idea of a good eliquid that I can mix using any of these flavors?

Please help.

Thank you

Hello 9s...I Too Am Very New At DIY...And I have been lucky enough to have a bunch of help from some really knowledgeable people...The FA flavors you listed are all pretty much 5 Star...A couple of weeks ago I started a Thread asking about "Tobacco Flavors"...I see your list has no Tobacco but ultimately...Tobacco is just another flavor...Stronger than most...But still just another flavor...

If you read through that Thread you'll see a few posts from some people who are "Light Years" ahead of me...At the end of my last post there's a recipe that has absolutely nothing to do with Tobacco !!!

That recipe was my "Best Guess" based on the idea "Just Don't Go Crazy"...With the flavors you listed I see several possibilities for a few Simple Best Guess Recipes...But they got'a be made with Your taste in mind...So any advice I might have is in there...Take mine lightly and learn from the others...Trig :D

Tobacco Flavor Question ?

Thank you so much, @Trigster.

They is why i posted this, cuse I don't want to mess something and hope that someone has a better a idea on what to mix with what.
I like sugary tastes with fruits. I'm wishing to make a DIY liquid that I would be very happy while vaping. All of them smell really good, so i'm stuck in mixing and cannot for the life of me make up my mind on which flavors I should mix together.

Ahhh...Now you got more specific...If I had your flavors in front of me I MIGHT try something like...5% Cookie + 3% Strawberry + 3% Mixed Nut...And that might be hideous !!!...But then again...It might be pretty good to My taste :D

Some good recipes in this thread (I made several of them in the past and they were all good). Pure Vapes has 3ml FlavourArt flavorings

It's a long thread but you should be able to quickly scroll through each page to find them.

There may not be a recipe for exactly what you have, but it should give you some idea of what goes good with what, and at what percentage.

Also, you can always bump up the % if it's not strong enough for you (but start with what's listed). You can always add to. You can not take from. ;)

Here's a recipe on my list to make (haven't made it yet) that has a lot of good reviews on ELR:

FA Tiger's blood (by Amy***)

2% Coconut (FA)
1.5% Marshmallow (FA)
1% Pineapple (FA)
5.5% Red Summer (Watermelon) (FA)
4.5% Red Touch (Strawberry) (FA)

Good luck! Just as a note for the future, and for others thinking about dipping in to DIY, it's usually better to find a couple of recipes that seem to work for your preferences first, then order the flavors you need for those specific recipes. Many of us (me too!) just start with some flavors that sound good to us, but we are too fresh to understand how recipes are usually put together and end up without some critical components. Nines9s, you will probably be wanting to add some creamy and custardy additions in order to open up more possibilities!

Have fun and enjoy!

- You're missing some creams :).

-Caramel and Vanilla are a classic combo, usually with a tobacco, but you could try without.

- Shake your flavors well before mixing, especially the strawberry !

Here's a guide ( it's free to download ) to FA flavors. You might find suggestions for combos that work well.

Good luck !

I am not sure if this will help or not, but several years ago, I had this thread bookmarked. It has a lot of recipes and information on Flavor Art. It could still be helpful to someone.

Damn, hard to believe it's been three years since the debacle that led to the fizzling out of that thread. I'm 3 years older !

I tried FA Watermelon as well as Health Cabin Watermelon a while ago. Both were very close in flavor and a very good vape. Look at HIC's notes in Mazziny's post above for concentrations. We all can learn lots from HIC's research and comments.

The best advice is to start a little on the low side and add flavor to taste. Fruit and Candy flavors are generally good as soon as you mix them, so you can add drops if it's not as flavorful as you like on first taste.

Thank you so much for linking that thread. What a wealth of information and great recipes. I am a big fan of HIC's recipes and still follow him at another forum.

I followed him to that place, and tried to get caught up, on his postings. Then he started selling his recipes, and then I just gave up on that place. :(

I don't post there but I do read a lot.
