I'm not sure anyone is listening Ania or knows what (or who) they should be listening to, It's as if they have a pre determined 'shape' that they want e cigs to fit into-and are making a rip roaring cobbled together mess trying to achieve that, 'square peg round hole', if this gets rubber stamped they are making a rod for their backs, there is just so much wrong with the proposals to merit legal challenges in perpetuity, most of it doesn't make
sense, a lot of it defies logic and some of it is just bizarre. It is either a case of people being out of their depth, or there is an agenda being played out.
I think most in Europe see e cigs and their associated parafernalia as neither a
tobacco product nor medicine, but a purely recreational product which has other obvious benefits, Article 18 should be withdrawn and a new standalone directive drawn up for e cigs, or they ditch A18 and review it again in 5 years time-once they know what they are dealing with.
