You've upset the balance of air pressure. Don't blow into it or you'll just add to the air pressure inside the tank. I'd syphen the juice out of the tank with a syringe, then take the carto out of the tank and blow out the carto. test it on your device to see if it's vaping good (not still flooded) then put it back in the tank, then fill the tank. I condom fill my cartos before I put them in a tank, then I don't drip into them again.. I let the tank feed them.

If you can't get the juice out of the tank, just place it in a small cup and let it drain out, that way you won't lose much juice. If you have too much air pressure inside the tank, it will force the juice into the punched hole in the carto and out the batt end until there is no more juice.

If the tank isn't too full just make sure that the hole in the carto isn't covered by juice then blow. I've never seen air pressure influence anything in a tank. Anyway if you can rotate the tank so the air bubble is at the top and there's no juice covering the hole then blowing should be fine. Done this many times. If air pressure does build then having the hole on the carto inside the air bubble should prevent anything being sucked back in. Don't blow too hard though.
