I got tired of dealing with juice leaks. This is the system I came up with that has worked super for me for months now.
Note: I have several PVs going at a time to give the juice a chance to wick to the atty. Using this Fluval cart fill technique, no leaks, great flavor, hours of vaping pleasure.
Step One:
I peel a "slab" of Fluval off one of the chunks...the thickness of a cart narrow wise (1/4+ inch).

Step Two:
Cut a piece in a triangle with the widest part a little wider than the cart longwise (1/2+ inch). The other 2 sides are long tapers down to about a point (1 1/4 inch for regular cart and 1 3/4 inch for mega carts).
It is important to cut the triangle as an Isosceles triangle and not as a scalene triangle.

Step Three:
Take the pointed part about 3/4's of the length and twirl it to make a long point.

Step Four:
Snip an 1/8 of an inch off the bottom tip to make it flat.

Step Five:
Here are the standard cart and 510 mega cart Fluval fillers ready to go.

Fill cart to almost top (on a 510 mega cart it takes 21 drops). Stuff Fluval into cart as far as it will go and pretty fast. All the juice is absorbed.

Step Six:
Trim off little hairs and excess, if any, that is sticking above cart top so it is flat.

Step Seven:
Add a couple more drops e-juice and put the cart on atty and vape away.
The Re-Fill:
Whenever you want to re-fill it, pull Fluval out with tweezers and add juice (I add 16 drops to mega cart and 6-8 to regular cart) until it is 3/4's full. Put Fluval back in quickly and top off with a couple more or so drops until just starts to pool. You can also just add a few drops without pulling Fluval out for a quick vape.
Here is what Fluval looked like when I pulled it out of cart. I was not getting full flavor and vapor and since batt was still good, it was time for a Fluval re-fill.

To illustrate just how well the juice flows using this Fluval method, notice that on the paper there is only a spot of juice from the filler and it was all concentrated at the top.

When it's done right, takes a minute or so and lasts for quite awhile with excellent taste, vapor, and NO leaking with eGo standing upright, even all night because quite often I fill them so they are ready to go in the morning.
I also carry them in the eGo case, in my pocket, and momentarily laying down on desk at work.
I have a bunch of little triangles cut and ready to go as I like to change them out fresh every 2-3 days when they stop letting the juice flow smoothly. I have washed them and used them again but it is much easier to just start fresh each time.
In Conclusion:
Im glad I changed to using Fluval. NO leaks, long vaping, and very even juice flow.
I hope this helps other vapers to eliminate the juice leaking problem and make their vaping sessions have More Flavor and Less Filling!
