Has anyone had problems with the original filler and/or the Fluval filler getting stuck to the addy. I use a 510 and both fillers I used were constantly getting stuck to the addy and creating a terrible burnt smell and taste. I cut the filler shorter to counteract this and then not enough juice gets to the atty and it runs really hot. Anyone else?

I also need to know this. Are there errant fibers sticking out of the batting or the fluval? Whichever one doesnt is for sure my winner.

The Fluval seems to be better than the original batting but still has stays. I bought the Fluval tonight and tried it as soon as I got home and within 3 puffs I pulled off the cart and it was stuck to the addy. I even made sure to trim it up nice. So I dunno. I have been using the teabag filler which works well but I can never seem to get them to run dry before I need to top it off because I am not getting very good hits anymore, so I feel like I am wasting juice with them... not sure what the best solution is.

Your mom said not to say...
Fluval never seems to be that much of a problem sticking to my atomizer on the 510, be sure your not confusing that with the the wicking stuff under the atomizer that some people have and pulled it out thinking it didn't belong there and it did.

What I do is fill the cart with 8 drops or so, slide the Fluval down in so it saturates and pull it back up so it's just below the edge of the cart and put a couple of drops there but not so much to puddle. The trick is to keep it wet, I also will flick the wrist before starting a vaping session like it's a thermometer.

Fluval in my Dragon works great... I just cut it to size, I add about eight drops in my cart and then put in fluval, then add a few drops to top it off, I don't flick my wrist... (Don't want to shake liquid into my battery...) - I usually have a tad liquid at the top of the cart and just gently touch my atty to it before slipping the cart back into mouthpiece and sliding mouthpiece onto the atty... So no need for a "flip" and I get every drop wicked out of my cart ALWAYS- when I take the fluval out, sometimes there will be like a drop maybe of liquid in the center of the fluval piece... I just refill w/ same flavor or a combination that includes the same flavor- or... now I will be squeezing that last little bit w/ syringe into an empty bottle and save it for a custom mix or something... I did just rinse that last teeny bit out and use again...
Ever since I got Fluval it works wonders... oh! I have no fibers hanging out of it either- I cut it w/ clean sewing scissors (I also sew and stuff so these are readily available to me) ...

Never twist your cartridge once you have inserted it onto the atomizer.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but I think you're asking how many times it can be refilled? I top mine off every couple of hours with 10-12 drops (depending on the dropper) and I've been using this one for 2 days. But I only use tobacco type flavors and like the way they blend when I switch. And I'm lazy about re-stuffing carts. I try to devote an evening to it every week, but sometimes I don't. I do 30 or so carts when I do it. That's for 2 of us.

For sanitary reasons and to keep your flavors separate, it's best to only use them for a day, then squeeze the remaining juice out of the filling and rinse the cart, insert new filling.

A box of fluval will fill probably a hundred carts so it's better to throw it away, I think, when done, but some may have had success rinsing and re-using.

Did that help?

We've used Fluval since reading about in here several months ago and that's all we use now. We bought a bag of the poly fill stuff at Wally World but it is to fluffy and unmanageable for me. Always had wild hairs sticking out of cart and sticking to the atomizer.
With the Fluval I just cut to size and away we go. The best thing is that you pull apart the standard sheets it comes in and get about twice the stuffing. About a year's worth for $5. Still plan on trying the blue foam material but my local Wal-Mart doesn't stock it. It doesn't stock Fluval either. Had to get that at Petco.

Petco has the blue foam too.
It is the Marineland Right Size brand, and size U is what everybody gets.

I would love to hear from someone who has tried both to see what is better.
