NOTE: these are the Fluxomizer DELUXE's. I have not tried any other clearos from any other vendor.

Ok, I'm a relative noob compared to some on here. I hate cartos because of the polyfill taste. Atty/carts don't last more than a few hits. Want a cig... ENTER Fluxomizers!! Ordered some to try from Got Vapes when I was ordering some Menthol Mania in the neverending menthol search. After a month of using them (still using the FIRST one after 4 weeks!!!) all I can say is .... nice :) Relatively easy fill, 2 fills (XL version) lasts me more than all day, and good vapor. I have tried PG, PG/VG blends of various %'s, and now all VG. Everything has worked beautifully*. The one caveat is that you MUST do a simple mod to get them to perform. Take out the plugs in the top, remove the cup plug, replace that with the middle plug flipped upside-down, and go to town. I have tried with each one that I've used (on the 4th one to rotate juices), and left the cup plug on each one to start. 4 different juices, 4 fails with that plug in. After removal of that plug, it is a different device. Just my $.02, but I LOVE these when modded.

No cigs in 6 days, and that was only because I had a battery go out prematurely :D

I couldn't agree more, great product. I had used them previously but got sick of the tubes cracking and them leaking so I switched to boges (boges are really great, just hate not being able to see how much juice is left and having a filler material). I finally decided to try them again with the new tubes and forgot they would have to be modded so when I filled the first one I was disapointed because I got that funky not wicking taste. Anyhow, watched a video on gotvapes forum site and removed the plug and replaced with the center oring upside down and these are great. I remember now why ce2's are superior with very minor adjustments.

I also didn't mention that I'm using the smoked ones (black/grey) and purple...on sale :)...you can still easily see the juice, but with any nearby light source for clear juices. BTW, I have refilled the first one at LEAST 20 times. Dry-burned 3 times, and it's just now starting to make me think about opening a new one.

The reason I wanted to post this is that for a lot of noobs (like me) some of the vets swear by cartos and recommend them readily. That's fine for them, but from the beginning of my vaping experience 2 3 months ago the ONLY thing that made me think about having a real cigarette was that I couldn't stand the polyfill taste and constant refilling. If you are new to vaping, try these early on. Get a pack of cartos, an atty and some carts, and some of these. Compare them side-by-side, and save yourself some $ at the beginning. About to post my Boge LR's on the other forum to get some more Fluxos!!!!! :D

You might also try some of the dual-coil ce2's from lecig. They work pretty good out of the box, haven't had to mod them yet and handle up to around 4 volts, and put out clouds as low as 3.4. The plastic on them is the same as regular xl ce2's, but it's a LOT thicker. haven't had one crack yet, and it's been two weeks.

Fluxomizers are a ce2 in a different setup, i like them in regular tanks such as an acorn tank where i can replace them at will in different ohms by removing them from the bottom grommet and inserting a new one.
I cut the ce2s out of there stainless tubes using a mini pipe cutter which saves me money.

The vision stone tank is a ce2 tank as well but the way the bottom cap is made you cannot change out the ce2 without some modding to it. Hopefully a revision cap one day will have a permanent 510 connector to change out the ce2 such as the ACTV3 made for carto's.
To give you an idea here are some pictures.

Vision stone tank and mini pipe cutter showing a ce2 cut out of tube and then modded slightly for a grommet as the original cap does not enable easy change out of the ce2.

Acorn tank simple design that works well and ce2 can easily be changed . These tanks come in reg and xl size so one can use ce2 in xl or reg size. Ce2s already cut and bought are 4-5.00 for 1. A pack of 5 stainless tubes to cut with that mini pipe cutter depending on where it is bought can cost for 5pack here in states 9-12.00 overseas 5.60 for a 5 pack of them.

yeah i've heard of folks using ce2 stainless in tanks designed for cartos. these i got from healthcabin. not sure why they are so hard to find stateside.
Seems they used to be more available here in the states in past can still find them but like you mention there hard to find or many are out of stock.
Healthcabin is where i made my last order for them as well.

Just saw the Vision Stone Tank on Got Vapes. Looks like you can change the CE2 now from the vid. A definite consideration for my next order...I was also looking at the Sapphires since they won't look as odd on my Riva. Of course, as stated above, I have 11 Fluxos left in my current stock, and #1 is still going after a month, so I may not be trying anything else for a while! :) I don't want to get into the situation where I just keep buying stuff and have parts all over...lol :D Would rather spend more finding 'my juice' right now. I'm very close with the Menthol Mania, and yesterday I got BlueMist's Smooth and Hypermint...haven't loaded any up yet, though. Day 6 without analogues and all is well!!! (Hope Liberty Flights gets my Riva battery/charger problem taken care of quickly, though!!!)

just got my lavatube today and have been educating myself about tanks, but it sounds like either they leak, or are difficult to refill, or change the cartos...its all so confusing. I'm not diggin cartos too much so I've been dripping with my 900mah mega type A atty situation...word of advice, don't drip and drive!
so, what to do? The fluxos may be the answer. I am a noob and have gone a lil crazy with the ordering...7 kits, mostly tank kits, but they haven't arrived yet. All 3.7v so that's why I got the LT...how do the fluxos work with higher voltage mods?

I have to add that I don't plan on keeping all the kits...I am planning on giving/selling to family/friends...maybe:?:
