Never had any problems. Batteries should out of the mods in a battery case. Juice has to be in a 1qt ziplock. There's a limit on the total amount. I've read you can put more juice in check-in bags. The security folks see it dozens of times a day so they know what they are looking at. I always put everything in a single large ziplock just to keep it together.

Also, never a problem.

No batteries in checked luggage! All batteries go in carry-on, and should be packed properly in battery cases.

Juice: As many bottles as you can fit in a 1-qt ziplock, each bottle must be less than 100 ml. Larger containers must go in checked luggage:
Liquids Rule

Charger: No restrictions. But do not leave batteries in your charger.

One more thing - as the pressure changes occur, tanks can leak. Best if they are empty or, if not, in a ziploc bag.
If you can securely pack your tanks upside down in your carry on, it shouldn't make a mess.

    Hi,
The volume of the bottle must be 100ml or less... a 100ml bottle is actually larger than 100ml (approx 10-15% larger). The amount of liquid IN the bottle is not relevant.
I suggest 60ml-75ml bottles just to ensure you will not have your liquids confiscated.
You may bring up to 1liter/1quart of liquids, in bottles of less than 100ml capacity and all liquids MUST fit within the plastic 1ltr/1quart bag.

    Hope this helps.
    Safe travels.

I just took a trip to FL and had no problems with my ecigs and supporting gear. I had my mini DIY build kit 4 batteries a couple of mods and tanks. For ejuice I put the juice in Chubby 60ml bottles I got online. I kept all my tanks empty with new builds in them but did carry a GeekVape Flint on me as a stealth vape. The Flint worked like a champ and didn't have any problems with the pressure changes. All Batteries must be in your carry on baggage not in any checked baggage.
