Hi guys,

So I will be on holidays soon, and would be flying with my Reo. What are the precautions needed to be done while flying? I am a bit worried about the juice leakage due to increased air pressure during the flight.

Any tips will be good? Please share your experience.

And yes, this is an international flight, roughly 18-20Hrs including the change over, so I am thinking to carry Reo Grand with me.

Also cartomizers are more forgiving with pressure changes. DH flies to and from job weekly. He takes REO and eGo Spinner with Mini ViVi Nova tank. He usually stealth vapes in first class with tank so REO is usually in a baggie with partially filled bottle and carto, in his carry on. Rarely does he get leaking. I've air traveled with Mini REO loaded and carto on carried in purse and not had leaking.

Now, having said that, I think it's an excellent idea to remove bottle till altitude reached. Be aware, though, that the bottle needs to have a dripper inserted or an o-ring in top so it will seal properly or it will leak.

I've made the flight from Germany to the US with a Grand. Take the bottle out and put a lid on it. Once you are in the air, put the bottle back in and vape away discreetly.

This is correct no problems once your in the air but especially on take off the rapid cabin pressure change will cause your Reo to auto feed :D

Good thread and I've traveled a few times. I go to Japan next month. One thing about the feed tube- there is really an easy solution...bend it up...yes, before screwing in the bottle, double it back so the end is sticking up rather than into the bottle and it won't shoot juice out into the well. Once you are where you can vape, take the bottle off, straighten the feed tube out (pointing down) and you're good to go again!!
