Ummm, it depends on the item and how much demand there is. They will usually continue to stock anything that is in demand, unless for some reason they can't attain a supply. What item were you looking at?

While mine has arrived in NY at Fed Ex, tracking sys that is arrived too late to go out for delivery. Not a total bummer because tracking had always said Thursday, but I knew there was a chance that it could be delivered today ... NOT.

My PAPS V3 arrived this morning:
Threw the OG Aqua V2 on there and it is awesome. The switch on this thing is crazy good. Best mechanical switch I've ever used.

I PIF'd my FC Tobeco Aqua V2 to a friend before receiving my OG. Well, the OG arrived with a stripped positive post which didn't please me. I was able to get it running buy inserting a piece of Kanthal ribbon between the insulator and the post (per the great suggestion from Sunburst). So... FC informed me the GX-200 I won from the FB giveway is no longer available. Doris was kind enough to give me some store credit and I bought another Tobeco Aqua V2 to use for parts. I plan to source OG parts at some point but am hoping the Tobeco "1:1" parts will work in the meantime.
*sigh*... guess I need a Poldiac now too.

She is PERFECT! Everything I had hoped it would be. I will be posting pics in the appropriate threads later. Looks sweet hun My Poldiac MiriamWTH showed up today after all and I am also rocking it with the authentic Aqua V2 by Footoon, have the Poldy in 18500 mode right now
But its interesting that you received the authentic Aqua V2 with stripped threads, which brings me to my next point, that I was going to post anyway ... While I am sincerely happy to have an authentic Aqua V2, it is in no way, shape or form better than the Tobeco Aqua V2 clone which I also have .. none at all. Sure, the authentic is machined from 316L, but there is nothing in the construction, machining, appearance which is genuinely superior to the Tobeco clone and that is the truth.
My main reason for wanting to get the authentic Aqua V2 is because I was so utterly happy, and impressed with the design of this atomizer, so I wanted to have the original design. Secondly, after the poop show that went down on Fasttech and Facebook regarding "Aquagate", it made me change sides a little on this authentic vs clone debate because I felt outraged and disgusted by the deplorable behavior of many vapers in this community when all of this was going down. It really made me start to rethink what I am a part of.
So as I said, I am very happy that I chose to buy the authentic Aqua V2 as well, but in reality the Tobeco clone is genuinely just as good as the authentic, in every way. I also like some of the aesthetic tweaks that Tobeco made as well. The tank on the Tobeco has more squared shoulders than the OG, also the polished chimney bell is slightly thicker and has a visibly higher polish than the OG, which I feel plays better to the contrast between the brushed matte body and the polished accents. These aspects are a little less pronounced on the OG.
Now, I have the OG Aqua on the Poldiac even as I think the higher polished accents of the Tobeco would match better. But I kind of have a mental thing going on where I don't really want to pair any clones with authentic gear .. its silly, but whatever I can't wait to see how the OverOne RDA is going to look on the Poldy

"Aquagate" and Footoon trolling cloners with the "Aqua V3" inspired me to get an authentic, lol. I agree the Tobeco is a nice piece, I just felt this was one of those times where I wanted the OG. The stripped post happened during its time with the previous owner who "only used it a few times". In all fairness, he has offered to make it right. I was going to buy a brand new unit but the price on this one was good. You actually commented on the ad in the classies, lol. I do want to put authentic parts back in it eventually. Having a "mutt" long term will bother me.
Don't mean to derail this thread but I saw a couple of new VaporFlasks with TC in the new arrivals. Don't care for the colors, but these seem to have charging ports. Does anybody know if these have the same chips, and are more colors coming?

Too bad you didn't make this decision earlier, I forget how much that member was selling theirs for , but I got mine brand new, unused and complete with fresh machine oil for $111 shipped thanks to Ms. Roxy giving me a heads up after another member played me over his used one for sale ... Karma What's crazy is that the used one that I lost out on cost the same as the brand new one I got. The member I bought mine from had two brand new unused one's for sale was my point. I also like some of the aesthetic tweaks that Tobeco made as well.
The Chinese clone makers can show ingenuity sometimes. Like when they started making Caravela clones with the screw inside screw 510 connector adjustment which is a definite improvement over the original multiple fixed length pin design. Then those same companies can turn around and produce absolute dreck. I just don't understand the cultural mindset of the manufacturers.

Yep, you bumped it. I paid $75 shipped for it. I found new ones for $106 shipped after the fact but I can't remember where. I'll likely grab another one at some point if I see a good deal again. My authentic SqR will be here tomorrow - super excited for that... my authentic SMPL, authentic Hobo, and REO will also be here tomorrow, lol. Received my OG Mephisto V2 today and it is awesome.
I know I'm going way off track here... but, CNY should allow us some leeway in our discussions, lol. For anyone interested in some sick deals on OG stuff, bamavapor.com (where my Mephisto came from) has some killer closeouts. It is a little bit of pain because the discounted prices aren't shown on the main pages - you have to click on each product to see if it's on sale/closeout. The Mephisto was $65 which is like $45 off RRP. As of a few hours ago they still had two left. I'm super tempted to grab the one with the gold AFC.
