So far I'm loving the Aqua. Of course most of my issues if any are around wicking, but thus far it's got slightly better flavor than the SilverPlay but the air on the SP is better. But WOW is it blowing through the juice. I did a 10 wrap dual coil 2.0mm ID 28awg for .67 ohms. Getting some leaking, but like I said, I'm fairly positive that's a wicking learning curve issue not an Aqua sucks issue. I'd prefer .9, but the first tank has been fairly awesome.

Your resistance is perfect, but you must not be filling the juice channels if you are getting leaks. My Aqua's have never leaked or flooded. My babies are also good on juice, but I run sub ohms under 20W usually, so that it prolly why :)

I contacted Yeahsmo through Ali about the Origen Genesis. Back on the fence about getting another one (since I missed the sale), but theirs is supposed to have the post hole and the metal tank. They just emailed me back: $13. Does anybody know about how much more shipping and fees would add to that?

about $30-40 bucks ..

Roxy you are a lifesaver! Running the wicks all the way down seems to have solved the leaking issues. I LOVE this thing!

Yay! Glad you got yours working. I don't have every dripper but a few known flavor RDAs (quasar, origen v2, veritas) and the Aqua v2 is the closest tank to those for flavor that I've tried, the Orchid v4 a close runner up.

Roxy I did review the SAT22 so you can check that out for building with mesh. My first two RBA's were Gennies, so I have been using them for a while. I even used to build my Taifun GT with mesh as well. :)

I read it again this morning :). That was the second or third time. You had mentioned it might have better flavor with cotton or Ready x, which is why i asked.

haha "liked" that you knew, but didn't like your answer!
The dripper version is looking better and better...plus, no aluminum threads! I'm still scratching my head over why they went there with the genny...

Ya, if it wasn't for the cost of shipping and fee's everyone would order manufacturer direct. Its only worthwhile on a large ticket item where $40 for shipping and fees doesn't seem like as big a deal. But for a $13 atomizer that is out of the question.

Yeah that was my wishful thinking, and trying to figure out why others like the SAT so much. I liked its looks but didn't find the flavor to typical of Genesis, which is usually very sharp and clear, like drinking the e-liquid.

I didn't care for cotton in a Genny the one time I tried it, but I never tried ReadyX in a Genny, although I do have some and have used it in other atties.

I have these two Flash E Vapors now, so I will be using mesh wicks to feed the wick below the deck when I finally get around to it. I am also thinking of going back to my old Taifun mesh wick build when I get to the new TGT 2 :) .

I'll want to hear your thoughts on the Flash-e's.

The Yosen Zero's are reverse threaded .. sounds like its just wearing out and not holding inside of its threaded base :(

I thought of you last week while I was eye balling a Poldiac in the classies ..I do kind of regret not getting it, but when would I use it?

I know what you mean about when would you use a Poldiac. I don't think I have used either of the two authentic Poldiacs that I have in the last three months or so. It is all regulated mods for me now.
Just to give you an idea of how the market is changing, MMVapors has started selling a wood regulated box mod that they build and it uses the Yihi SX350 chip/board. They just listed it for sale during the last day. It is quite nice looking and I may have to get one.
Here is the link to it:
New box mod • MMVapors

There are more pictures of it on their facebook page.

Well, for some reason my Yosen Zero is getting along a lot better with the k4 than it did with the Aquav2. So those two switched Zeroes, and all my windows are still intact :)

I have the same problem with my FC Erlkonigin clone. It screws onto my IPV Mini pretty well but it won't thread onto my FC DNA 30.

Yes, its reverse threaded, which is why I didn't expect this. Its posessed, I tell ya, lol! I just have to look at it, and it does it  No actual touching the mod is required.

Its either the 510 threads, pin threads or both.

I can try an o ring for now...should it be near the top or bottom of the pin?

Does the pin have a head on the top of it that is larger than the threaded part? If so, place an oring or orings under the head so they will be under light pressure when the pin is in the correct location. If the threads are already giving up too much pressure would only speed up the process.
If there is no head or shoulder I don't think the oring trick would work.

I checked out the link to the sale mini ProTank (or Aerotank) and the add to cart button was grey instead of the usual red/orange. Clicking does nothing. Have no idea why.

I'm using 3 Sat22 right now, all built with Rayon. No leaks, nice flavor, draw a tad tight. I'm happy with them.

I only have the VS (17mm) Flash e-vapor but I've wicked mine with just Rayon. A rather normal wick in the coil and 2 short twisted pieces for the transport holes. Nice flavor, no leaking.

As you can see I avoid mesh ;)

I tried to buy a handful of these same attys to give to people who I'd like to see get away from smoking tobacco. Apparently they are "promotional" items and might require an additional purchase of non-promotional items in order to 'qualify' to buy promotional items. But that's based on what I seem to recall from several months ago when I wanted to buy some air control valves that were advertised dirt cheap. In that case I got a drop-down box saying that I had to make an additional purchase of a non promotional item before I could buy the sale items. I ended up passing on the whole thing that time- I really didn't have anything else I needed and didn't want to buy something just to qualify to buy a few AC valves. . I am hoping now that someone who's in the know might take a minute to point us in the right direction...

Okay- I figured this out. Put the items into your "Wish List" . Then click on your account (need to be logged into the FC site). Once on your acc't page, click on "Wish List" and follow the prompts to make the payment, choose shipping options, etc.

Good luck.

ETA, the wish list had nothing to do w/my successful buy. I just went back to FC site to reconfirm the info I just gave and now I was able to put the attys directly into my shopping cart. So try that first.

ETA 2- There are still some things that have the dreaded gray "Add to Cart" box, like the Ego T, Ego C and the $13.90 Aqua v1 clone. No idea of why this is the way it is. Also there are items on the promotion pages that are not free shipping, like the EGO Ts that I want to give away with the attys. Just something to watch for.

It does have a shoulder so I'll try that until I get it tapped for a FDV.
