have you tried different batteries in the 4nine? mine will not fire with certain ones.
Also check and make sure the magnet on the battery side didnt screw itself in so it is not touching neg end,these are very simple mods ,to have one not work is very surprising

I tried multiple batteries. The issue isn't the magnet, but the 510 (I use that term loosely) and the top cap. It doesn't connect properly until you screw it I. So much it's constantly on. Not an unknown issue or so my research has found with the blck 4nine clone. It's basically horrible. The tube is great though. I might make it a hybrid if I do t return it. Will wait and see what Doris has to say. It was only $9 and I got it because it was black.

i inserted an adhesive tape between the magnet and its surrounding delrin, to avoid it screws itself. now it's tight enough.
i got a short tube version, so it autofires with large batteries (this has not solution), but works ok with medium-short ones.
if you have a long tube version, you can experience problems with short batteries, not making contact with a short 510 atty. but you can add an spacer magnet (between the stock magnet and the battery, or on top of the battery) to shorten the gap.

If you're looking for a simple black mech, check out the SMPL. Aside from the crunchy switch, I love mine. It's exactly the same height with a 650 batt as my Vapelyfe with a 490 batt. Sleek and sexy.

I ordered some 1200mah lipo batteries but I'm probably going to end up milling out the battery space and fit a 18650 in there. And a DNA 40 eventually.

Heh. I bought this mainly to upgrade to a DNA 40, 18650 and VT 510. The FC versions looked a bit unfinished and the milling of the center divider didn't look too good (was done after anodizing). Right now, I have the mini, FT clone and 6 Cloupor boxes to modify. I'm not sure I'll do all 6 boxes, maybe just 2. 1 works almost perfectly with just the ghost wake ups every once in a while (no pause when firing from sleep), 1 has a flaky display but works like the first. Those I'll leave alone. I've drilled charging light holes in all of them and added a VT 510 to the FC box and one of the Cloupor boxes. Since getting the Vaporsharks, I've put them on the back burner but will probably get motivated after the holidays. But then I have a Cloupor Mini on order too. I really need to stop ordering these projects.

The only thing that makes me think it's fake is the AW sticker isn't a hologram sticker but I think AW originally had regular stickers so who knows. It seems to work fine and I'm only vaping at 10w on a 1.6Ω build right now so I should be ok. I am checking to see if it heats up though. The charging board on the mini turns green when fully charged. And it's so cute .

It looks like the one on FT for $18 or $25. Shiny chimney. I ordered the first one FT posted with the brushed chimney for $23. Should be shipping today.

Well aside from an incredibly crunchy switch, the 4Nine is now functional. Yay! I'll sit on he idea of a SMPL for now. Unfortunately none of my atty's sit flush on the thing, so the SMPL may not be on my wish list for long...

Sent an email to eleven re: my missing mini. I prob won't see it until well into next year.

No I do not think that is the Robbot version, they would have named it ... although with FC you never know. I know that Robbot shipped their order but I don't know the exact day.

Well I am surprised at MBV shipping. Ordered Saturday mid morning 20th, got a shipping label created/shipped email, figured it would go out today, It Is OUT FOR DELIVERY TODAY, Dang that is fast. Only problem is I got extra shots in all 3, so I know they will need steeped.

Also placed a back-channel liquid order at Nicoticket (which shipped today), ordered a 30ml bottle of "The Switch". Only had it in NZ, but I can add nic myself. I'll try it as is to see what it is like first. They have quite a few listed that are not on the site, but that was the only one I was interested in.

Well my Vape Mail Has Arived.

2 hardware orders (Hybris #5 & a New SVD I got for $16.99) and 2 juice orders (MBV and a Freebe) , Happy
Still have 1 hardware order (Sophia from classies) and 1 juice order coming (from Nicoticket see above) , but don't think they will get here until the end of the week as they both just shipped today.

The MBV Morning Vape is good, but strong with 5 extra shots (haven't tried the coffee or coffee hazelnut yet), but they were just born the 20th, so I am sure it will get better with a little time steeping. The free bottle was "German Chocolate Beefcake", I think, just has G.C.B.C. on the label, and looking at the site that is what I am guessing. Tried it and the coconut is almost all I taste, just a little chocolate, really needs to steep.

I've ordered quite a bit from MBV and they've always shipped really fast. Their juices usually taste much better after a couple of weeks (at least the flavors I've tried so far). If you like the Hazelnut Coffee, try the Caramel Coffee. I also ordered Honey Dew, Pear, Strawberry shortcake and Moo Juice on my last order. I've been mixing Honey Dew and Pear with a few drops of Moo juice.

I've tried a few different vendors and some have strong chemical or perfume smells from their juice. I've always gone back to MBV.
