An extra airhole in the base. Not much of an upgrade. There is a version with a metal slip cover for the glass tank but I read that that one was 23.5mm, so won't sit flush on most mods (if any). There are also metal tanks for the v2/3's which I HIGHLY recommend, having just broken my 2nd tank yesterday. They're extremely fragile, I didn't even drop it, I was just reassembling it and filling it up and it suddenly had a huge crack.

Wow, thanks so much! That's actually the first version 2.5 I've come across. And I've done a lot of window shopping today. Easy choice now btwn the 2 and the 3....I'm gonna get the 2.5 :p And the same site has a cheap replacement window which I'm gonna g'head and get now to have on hand.

Thanks again :)

Todd's review and comparison of the V2 and V3:

I've watched that review. He does compare the v2 and v3 a little, but it's mostly just a review of the v3. I really can't tell, after watching it, which one he actually prefers. Maybe someone else can?

As a heads up, the venerable vaping fogger lists it as having 'organic glass', which is a term for polycarbonate / plexiglass. I wasn't aware that foggers came with plexi, I've only seen them with actual glass... Also, not seeing any diff between the 2.5 there and a regular v2.

I noticed that too. I don't know anything about "organic" glass. Is that a good thing?
