Sitting down, facing forward.
The finished result of what AMD got me in to -

Keep in mind I'm not a machinist and have had zero training, other than hands on to get something done. This was built from a rough sketch and basically by eye.

That's a Fogger V6 tank.

I like 'em a lot. Here's a Big Fogger on my latest "creation". A CNC Hammond 1590G with a DNA200 powered by a 1000mah LiPO pack. The only holes in the case are the buttons, display and the 510 connector.

The Fogger has the air channels drilled out to 3mm.

Hey, AMD, what size did you expand those wick channels to? That's my next modification to the Big Fogger and, probably, the 4.1s and 6s as well.

I used ball point carbide endmill Ø3.0mm on indexable horizontal dividing turn table on my Mill. Kipping each turn 90° about half way deep. Sort of like I saw and liked on Billow-2. And the airholes are also started with the same endmill and then drilled. But you don't want me to speak machinist...:w00t:

I heard, you are using a new Evolv DNA1000 chip with AC plug? (No offends, just couldn't help it)

dna 1000 is only 5x the power of the current dna board. Considering the DNA 200 is over 13x the power of a provari 2.5, a new DNA 1000 doesn't seem like a stretch, given the power hungry nature of the moAr cloudz crowd.

It is, actually, the new, carefully hidden, whispered about in dark rooms, DNA1000 chip. However it doesn't plug in...I have an express wagon with four Die Hard car batteries in it for power. Those jumper cables make it kind of heavy though.
