It can go either way... hyperactive insomnia to foggy sleepy dullness. It's all down to the chemicals in your brain going "What? No smoking? HUH???" and basically not being able to coordinate in any accustomed fashion. It's withdrawal, essentially, we just don't feel a lot or most of it, thanks to vaping.

For most, I think that's over in, what, about 3-4 wks? If it persists, especially the foggy-unable to focus thing, you might try some WTA; it can help a lot, but it's a good idea to see if you really need it, because it's a good bit more expensive than regular nicotine or ejuice.

Ya, it can go either way. My first thought is that maybe you are overdoing it a bit, over vaping can have a tiring affect and can leave you burnt out and spent.

But, most of us had insomnia for the first few weeks, so its a coin toss as to how your body deals with it. Some folks really get a bit nutty, I know I did. But stick with it and things will even out, in about a month. :?)

Yeah, I got the "foggy and tired" thing when I first switched. It goes away over time. I don't think I had that for more than a week or so. I started drinking more iced tea during the day, and that helped with the tired and the dehydration. I also had the insomnia thing, but I started switching to a lower nic level before bed, and that helped a lot.
