I'm waiting for the next reason that vaping is bad for you.

Let me guess, it leads to:

Doing something involving 2 cycle engine oil
(I was carded at Lowes when I bought it, I guess my Santa Claus looking beard wasn't a clue that I am way past 18)

Drinking alcohol, while high from huffing paint out of a paper bag and texting, all while driving must be too much to put on a billboard.

I hate billboards of anything. They are a blight upon the land.

Except in Iowa. Driving through Iowa is so boring you PRAY for billboard. I vote for all of the to be moved to there.

Did you know Iowa has a ski slope? Yeah, me either.

Did you know when driving through long ago and far away you can only get farming channels? Yeah me either. Did you know your average mosquito larvae can live for THREE YEARS without water? Yeah, me either.

I won't bore you with the other mosquito facts I know because I know MANY, I was listening AVIDLY I was so bored.

The also have "The loosest slots in Town" some of them (the casinos). I believe that was a billboard.

There actually is 1 legit danger of vaping that I have discovered... nothing like blowing a big cloud while driving 75 down the highway that overtakes your windshield and blocks your view to make your heart rate go up a bit. This is why I now car vape with ac on pointed on other side of car and make sure I blow ot out sideways instead of straught ahead. Lol only took once to leaen this lesson.

I open the driver's side window just enough to let it exhaust my vapor. I'm a 10W MTL guy, though. I can only imagine how a high watt DTL vape could white out a car interior. Pretty scary, I'd think.

My Atlanta regional manager used to read the newspaper while driving down I-75 headed toward our area. He got stopped one day by a Ga State Patrol officer and ticketed for driving while distracted at 85mph in a 70mph zone.

We all have our little distractions while driving.

Yeah. It goes something along the lines of "expletive, expletive, expletive" while waving hand and frantically rolling down all the windows.

I knew a guy who "read" too, highway driving. I could never understand it at all.
Back during the first two years of my career, I commuted to work on a motorcycle. I vividly remember one incident on I95 in in Philly where I was in the left lane, going just a bit faster than the guy in the center lane who came drifting into my lane. He was reading a damn paperback book at ~70 mph. :-x

Scary? I'll tell you what's scary. I once passed an active snow plow on the right. At night. While it was snowing. That's scary. No matter how slow it is going, don't even think about it.

Snow ploughs demand respect. They do. Also, unless you are going to the hospital or something like, you want to be BEHIND it, it is CLEARING away the snow for you. GO the 14 miles an hour and repeat "Thank you God," over and over.

I have a surprising number of sane thoughts for the kind of driver I AM, but to be fair, I do stick to my sane thoughts, I'm just an absolutely horrible driver.

Douglas is great for me though, it's tiny, I am learning all the streets. That tends to be useful.

I used to see the same car almost every day on the way to work. It had a bumper sticker that said "Caution--Driver Applying Makeup". At first I thought it was a strange, not too funny joke. Until I passed the car. The driver was, in fact, applying makeup, both eyes glued to the mirror, at 75mph on I25 at 8am on a weekday!

That day, and from then forward, I definitely passed her with caution.

My company issued me a fully loaded pickup trucks with buttons all over the steering wheel. It's not unsual for my truck to start announcing things in a female voice while I'm on the busy interstate. What button did I hit and how'd that happen? I'm holding the steering wheel with both hands. And how do I shut this thing up?

My favorite is when the digital dash says I'm going 80 but traffic is whizzing past. Oops, I managed to hit the mph/kmph thing again.

So I dang sure won't be reading a billboard lecturing me on the dangers of vaping while in heavy traffic and my truck is saying "please enter a command"………

I have a beaver that knocks over this bird feeder every time I put it up, so he can eat the seeds. The government doesn't have that kind of cleverness. It uses more like shouting 'fire' in a crowded theater type of tactics.

If this generation weren't so jaded and distrustful of the government for it's already well-known and many shady ploys, they'd be running another '...... madness' campaign and putting kids in jail with probation for 'possession of vaping'.

The speed and efficacy of the government's actions against vaping makes me really wonder what they could accomplish if they actually set out to do some good. If it ever chose to do anything for the benefit of the human race rather than it's detriment, or I fell into an alternate reality topsy-turvy magical backwardsworld.

It's illegal to say anything good about vaping that could be considered medical advice, but no law about saying bad things about it that could be considered medical advice. None of these ads say they're specifically aimed at teens and non-smokers, although the ones that feature heavily that it makes you more likely to start smoking do strongly infer it.
