Thanks! Is it unhealthy to keep using the tank? I don't taste any difference, it's just foggy now. Do I really need to throw the tank away (it was brand new)?

In the future, how do I know if a juice is "hot"?

Thanks again!

You can't taste BPA. I wouldn't use it. If it is citrus or cinnamon based, odds are it will have a reaction to polycarbonate.

You can use other juice in halo tanks. I only use halo voodoo right now. But all of my other juices are non halo and never had a problem.

You got lucky Bri. I had 2 tanks to crack b4 I found the answer as to why. That was way back when I was a total newbie. Be careful ok? (my son's name is Brian, and I call him Bri. Sry if you don't like to be called that. Some ppl don't like their names shortened, some don't mind):)

Foggy, foggy tank
Made my juices blue and grey
It won't make it past today
With coils that glisten as if they were still new

If I only knew
That cinnamon would make it goo
and melt the plastic through and through
and make me put an order in again

Now I understand
what the senior members meant
that I can't put pure hot spearmint
in tanks that aren't made of glass
I would not listen I'm not listening still
Perhaps I never will

Foggy, foggy tank
you lived your life so very fast
now you'll be replaced with glass
So I can vape my Tangerine

Or Gummybear Supreme
maybe I should stop and rest
and fill my tanks with Halo's best
and vape without a worry in the world.

I just got a different kind yesterday (ignite). Did the same thing to me, but not as bad probably. Don't get me wrong, halos juice is the bees knees! But I wanted to try a blueberry one. Didn't know that the tank could slightly melt or whatever happened. Won't make that mistake again.

Halo, all day every day.

I try to be very careful what I buy and thank goodness this hasn't happened to me yet.

Am looking for a glass or pyrex tank for that 510 Ego battery that I bought while I was waiting for my Triton to come.

For now, I just don't buy anything that resembles anything on the "tank cracker" list.

Have been to several vendors sites that have those lists so I have a real good idea of what not to buy.

It would make me sad to have to throw away a perfectly good tank.

You guys are right though, it should not be used.

I would just chalk it up to lesson learned.

One day I could see wanting some juice that need the glass, and get an adaptor. Or maybe a cheap VV or usb variable cord to run it. So far, no need.

I wonder how long these Triton tanks will go, with occasional cleaning/soaking and replacing the coil heads.

I still have 3 mini tanks after 6 weeks going strong...

With the big tanks, I guess at some point they might start leaking, or get cloudy, or electrically stop working as something in the center post gets old? At that point, It's time to toss them. But if stevegmu has 6 plus months on his, the $6.99 would have been fully amortized.

And considering posts from owners of other tanks, these are relatively problem free. Halo eliquid in Halo tanks should last a very long time, with the occasional new coil head.

No idea about the longevity of the mini tank. I usually plop one on an order to make a bonus point amount.

Funny, I'm nickel and diming about this, but 3 months ago, would think nothing of dropping $9 for a pack of Winston that might last me 36 hours!!!

I used AiV mystic mandelime, it did not dammage my triton tank, granted it was only in the tank for a few days before I dumped it, I did not like it too much.

If a juice can destroy a poly tank, I cant immagine it being too good for you, might be something in those tank crackers and foggers that needs to go.
Halo is all fema gras ingredients, I try to stick to made in USA with all natural ingredients juices
AiV is also all natural, high quality.
Honestly I dont trust any other juice vendors yet.
