When do you decide when to drip again?... for me I wait until I have that burning taste in my mouth from my atomizer. Im new to dripping, I've only been dripping for about a week.

That sounds about right to me! When on 3.7 volts the vapour and throat hit drops off and sometimes a slight burning can be tasted, its time to drip some tasty cappuccino! On the 6 volts it just tastes burnt when its time

... I got the Vapor 4 Life's camel cause I really like Turkish Silver 
While a burnt taste is one way, I listen to the sound of the atty. While tailpiping when it gets close to having to re-drip I can start to hear the atty sizzle. Three more draws and the sizzling gets real loud, that is when I re-drip. It is more difficult to hear the sound with the tip in.
I can usually tell when I have to re-drip because the flavor and vapor start to drop off.
That and I get the "burnt" taste.
