I just had to order one. Looks like it should work with boge/smok cartos as well.

Looks like a very quick, easy, and efficient way of filling cartos.

Looks like an excellent idea if you use cartos without a tank. I wonder if it would be a mess with a pre-punched carto. I'm using the fiddling with your thingy method with my tank.
