In my experience, my high amp batteries last longer than lower amp batteries with higher mAh, even in my regulated mods. I generally go with Sony vtc4/5s, MNKEs, or AW IMRs. I've bought other batteries, with huge mAh ratings for use in my ProVari, and I honestly found they died sooner than the high amp ones.
