I dunno what voltage the internal battery is at, but i'd guess lithium ion, which would put it's total capacity at about 12 watt hours.
Given a 95% charge efficency, and a 50% solar panel efficency (typical for CO), you're looking at a total recharge time, averaged throughout the day, of 10 hours of exposure.
That will probably provide you roughly 3 days of average vaping, i'd imagine.
DISCLAIMER: Glass seriously cuts down solar radiation, so if there's glass between the device and the sun, your recharge time WILL go up.
Secondly, this assumes the proper angle facing the sun.
