So does anyone have any opinions on kayfun tanks? I want flavor above all else i dont really care how much smoke comes out, so i tried my friends cuz hes the same, wants flavor over smoke. It seems good very fancy, said alot of his customers with provari really like them, so im wondering what evrybody thinks. He also said its rebuildable (that scared me away kinda) i have no clue what that means, why do you want to spend 40-60$ on a tank just to rebuild it??? Then he said that some people come in once a week, and for 5$ they will rebuild the... WHAT THE HUH???! I dont get it!

Rebuildable means you take it apart, take some thin wire, wrap it around something to make a coil, then screw it onto a couple of tiny little posts. Then you check the coil with a meter to see if it is built right, then stick some wick through the coil, trim it up, reassemble and refill your tank, check it again on the ohm meter, then happily vape.

From reading your posts, I think you would be more comfortable using non-rebuildable tanks for a while so you can just enjoy that new Provari. As you enjoy it, you can read up on what is required for building coils, then you can watch hours of videos on Youtube to learn how to do it.

LOL! yea i have no intention of trying to rebuild anything! i really like the kayfun tank because of the flavor i got from it, it was really kind of amazing! They said that they do it for 5$ so since its next to my work i figured it was a option, but how often does it need to be done?

The coils on the Kayfun last a really, really long time. The only thing you will need to do is dry burn them. Since you have a B&M (store) very near, have them show you how to do that. You may have to rewick your coil if you go with something other than silica wicking material. It is very easy to maintain.

Do not dry burn your coil with your wick still in it UNLESS it is a silica wick. Silica can stay in while dry burning
Take advantage of having that store near you and if they are good, they will show you how to do this.

I really want a tank thats all about flavor...but the rebuildable ones scare me. Altho we watched a video on it lst nite and my hubby was like, really thats it! thats easy (hes a handyman jack of all trades) but its still scarey

We've tried LOT"S of different tanks over the months we've been vaping. Our, overall, favorite is the Kanger V2. Adjustable air flow, dual coils & sub ohm coils if you choose. We use 0.8 ohm coils in our V2's & Megas but there are several choices in coils & they,re cheap.Get a good tank & you will have the luxury of taking your time getting more comfortable with the whole re-buildables. The only difference between the V2 & the Mega is that the Mega holds more juice.
