I vaped a clk1280 and a nautilus mini for months and it was great vapour and great flavour. I think the issue you are having is with the tank and if i remember correct that the Iclear is a top coil design which means that the liquid has to absorb/wick to the coil on the top of the tank. I found this to give me the occasional dry hit and then I converted to a Nautilus mini which is a bottom vertical coil design (BVC). I suggest buying a nautilus mini tank before forking out the cash for a provari
Its working absolutly beautiful!!! One of the cardos is from ibtanked no clue on the other...i been playin with them all nite! Like barbie dolls!!!
I did get the nautilus and the mini and the new coils my hubby uses them on the clk and is very happy with it. I got my provari and will never look back!
I have to push the Nautilus Mini, it holds 2mL of juice and has a great coil (single vertical coil). I've been through 4 other tanks (one being the iClear 16 you speak of, and yeah it sucks) and the Nat Mini is awesome. Of course this is my personal opinion and I use it on a different mod. Not sure what the power is on an itaste clk.
I have gotten rid of all my iclear tanks they are very sucky! i do like my nautilus i have both mini and large but since i got my zombie ibtanked its all i use...im not advanced like some people...(cough cough bassnorma cough) so i dont have a bunch of different stuff for every occasion! i do love what i have tho!
I do have a question tho, my hubby has a nautilus and when i clean it up theres always alot of what looks like black soot. Any ideas what this is? Anyone?
Hi Kelly White, what type of ejuice is he using ie. pg/vg percentages? How old is the coil? does it do the same thing if you replace with a new coil?
One suggestion is when you put in a new coil, let it sit for a few minutes for the wick to absorb the juice. Then after a few minutes give the coils a couple of short bursts before you start to vape on it. This normally works for me and have had no problems. Give it a try and I hope this helps.

Hes using a 50/50 blend juice varies changing coil dosent help. It tastes fine no burnt hits or anything just black soot when i clean it up.
When i was cleaning it one day with a q tip and a small screen looking thing came out (not sure what it was) but i put it back in dunno if that caused it or not
Ok so i got these 2 new tanks and some thingys to go with one of them...now what!!! they look different then my ibtanked thingys!
i asked the person i bought them from and she said she didnt know what kind they are
Kels...get hub to measure them length-wise...in millimeters...then we can figure out what sized cartos to buy. Is that one of your cartos in the middle?
