I just remembered something that I used to do when I started on ecigs that helped me get an initial nicotine buzz like you get from analogs that seems to be missing from ecigs.

For some of you new vapers that are missing that buzz and are probably vaping at a lower nic mg/ml level than you should be...try this...

"The Chinese Drawback"

Lol, not sure where the name comes from, that's just what we used to call it as kids. It's probably as "Chinese" as Chinese takeaway though and I'm not sure if it has other names but it's really simple.

Take a good long draw on your ecig into your mouth, but don't inhale.

Open your mouth and (maybe with a little encouragement from the tongue) allow the vapor to rise up and gently float up out of your mouth.

Start inhaling deeply through your nose until all the vapor is gone.

Don't forget to exhale. :D

In case you're interested, getting nicotine from vaping requires a different technique than smoking and there are suggestions that nicotine is absorbed via the nose and mouth almost as much as via the lungs when vaping. It has to do with the size of the vapor droplets and nicotine finding it harder to "escape" from the vapor droplets or something to that effect...

...anyway, try it and see if it works for you.

I might have to practice. When my husband isn't home. He caught me one day with two pvs in my mouth trying to mix flavors. (It doesn't work- save yourself the embarrassment). He'll be looking for Vapors Anon. meetings.

OMG, I just did this the other day - wanted to see if menthol added anything to the flavor of a tobacco I was trying out!
(I couldn't tell. But it sure was, um, interesting.)
