For those looking for pure PG

Shopper's drug mart can order it, but it is often on backorder.

Dell Pharmacy on the other hand usually has it in stock or can order it next day. You have to ask the pharmacist for it, but they knew exactly what it was and had no issues with it. Cost me around $12 for 500mL of PG.

They have it because they use it for prescription compounding, where they turn your medicine into things like gummy bears or lollipops to make it more palatable.

Also, Bulk Barn carries lorann flavorings in 1 dram bottles.

i was able to get both VG and PG at shoppers drug mart. VG was in the same section as bandaids and rubbing alcohol. PG had to be ordered and the pharmacist said that she had to check with a few different suppliers but got me a 500ml bottle for $10.

If you go to a farmers supply store they sell the same pharmaceutical grade PG as drug stores and it's a lot cheaper

You may only find it in 1 gallon size jugs usually it's around $25. When you break it down if your paying $12 from a pharmacy for 500ml thats $96 for a gallon so $25 is a steal.

Most of those gallon jugs I've seen say for animal use only. They may well be the exact same thing, or there could be differences in the way they store and handle the product.

Either way, I feel safer getting it from a pharmacy. 500mL will last me a long time.

the PG you find a feed and seed stores are for curing ketosis, thats why you see "animal use only", you just have to make sure that theres nothing else in it and its USP grade. only downside is that you have to buy large quantities of it.

PG has a shelf life of 2 years from manufacturing. Unless you plan on breaking it down and selling some most will go to waste. Where is the saving then? I paid $8 for my 500ml PG at the pharmacy.
